摘要 过油管防喷器密封胶芯是油田作业井带压起下施工的核心密封部件,其结构设计关乎整体密封质量和使用寿命。运用模糊可靠性优化理论,在保证实现密封的前提下,以胶芯体积最小为目标函数,以其设计参数为设计变量,考虑胶芯接触应力的模糊可靠性和筒体几何尺寸的综合约束,完成了胶芯模糊可靠性优化设计,获得了符合要求的胶芯筒体最优解,克服了传统优化设计的不足,为模糊可靠性优化设计理论在油田装备设计与改造工作中的应用与推广提供了实例。 Rubber core is the key part of sealing components in through-tubing blowout preventer, its structure design is important to determine the sealing quality and using life. On the premise of good sealing quality, the fuzzy reliability optimal design of rubber core was completed by the Theory of Fuzzy Reliability Optimal Design,whose objective function is to pursuit the minimum volume of rubber core, design variables are design parameters, and constraint conditions are the fuzzy reliability of contact stress and geometry size of rubber core. The optimal solution of the core parameter was obtained which meets the requirement. Above study overcomes the defects of traditional optimization design,which provides a practical example for the application and promotion of the Theory of Fuzzy Reliability Optimal Design to the design and transformation of oilfield equipments
