摘要
样品用酸溶解,用火焰原子吸收光谱法直接测定食品添加剂酒石酸氢钾中的铅。方法的相对标准偏差在2.82%～3.98%之间,回收率在97.5%～104.0%之间,检出限为0.13mg/kg。与现行国标方法相比较,该方法具有准确快速和灵敏度高等优点。
With acid-dissolving samples, directly AAS method was introduced into analysis of Pb in potassium hydrogen tartrate used as food additive. The RSDs were between 2.82%~3.98%, recovery was ranged in 97.5%~ 104.0%, the detection limits was 0.13mg/kg. Compared with the National Standard method,it was proved to be more accurate and rapid with a better detection limit.
