人类札幌病毒检测研究进展 被引量：1

摘要 札幌病毒属于杯状病毒科,是非细菌性急性胃肠炎的主要病原体之一,札幌病毒可分为5个型别,感染人的主要型别为GⅠ型、GⅡ型、GⅣ型和GⅤ型。目前,札幌病毒可以通过电镜、ELISA、RT-PCR等方法进行检测,其中应用最广泛的是RT-PCR。本文就目前札幌病毒检测的研究进展作以综述。
