基于UML的磨矿分级流程模拟系统设计

摘要 磨矿分级流程是氧化铝选矿拜耳法过程的重要环节,其处理能力决定了选矿厂的整体效益。因此运用流程模拟技术开发磨矿分级流程模拟系统对氧化铝生产工业的提高产能,降低资源消耗等具有十分重要的意义。本文介绍了磨矿分级工艺流程,并基于面向对象开发过程,构造了模拟系统的总体框架,建立了系统的分析和设计UML模型。实践表明,应用UML技术,可以使系统具有良好的扩充性和重用性,还能有效提高系统开发效率。 Ore grinding and classification process is an important link of the alumina Bayer process. The handling capacity of it determines the whole performance of mineral processing plant. So using flow sheet simulation technology to develop an Ore grinding and classification process simulation system is important to increase product capability and reduce the resource consumption of aluminum industry. The ore grinding and classification process is introduced. Based on the object-oriented development process, the framework of ore grinding and classification process simulation system was constructed and the UML models for analysis and design of system were found. The use of UML makes the simulation system well expansible and reusable, and improves the efficiency of the system development.
