灌区灌溉用水测控与管理系统研究与设计

Research and Design of Monitoring and Management System for Irrigation Water

灌溉用水管理是灌区的主要工作内容之一,一些中小灌区的用水管理仍然处于人工处理阶段,管理水平较低。通过对用水管理工作的内容及专业技术进行研究、分析,设计了一个基于GPRS网络的灌区灌溉用水测控与管理系统。系统采用了SQLServer数据库、Delphi编程环境和MapX技术,具有水位数据采集与传输、视频监控、语音通讯、闸门控制、用水计划制定、用水数据综合管理、地理信息管理等功能。系统建设费用较低,已经在实际灌区运行。经过测试,系统功能完整、运行稳定可靠,达到了预期的设计效果,具有一定的推广价值。

The irrigation water management is the main work in irrigation areas, it is still carried out manually in some small or medium-sized areas. According to the research of irrigation water management, a monitoring and management system for irrigation water based on GPRS was designed. The system was realized based on SQL Server, Delphi and MapX, and is capable of data acquisition and transmission, video monitoring, voice communication, sluice control, water plan, integrated data processing and GIS. Through practical testing, the function integrity, stablity and reliablity of the system achieved the the expected results, and it can be used in the similar areas.
