摘要
介绍了一个基于MATLAB图像处理技术和非接触式测量方法开发的软件系统;主要过程为通过对数字摄像机采集到的图像进行增强处理和边界提取,以系统标定得到的比例参数为依据,测量零件的尺寸值和公差。经过对测量结果的精度分析,证明了非接触式测量方法和该软件系统的可行性和正确性。
A system of non-contact measurement based on the MATLAB image processing toolbox and GUI tools is put forward. Its main approaches are as follows: the system enhances the quality of the image captured by the digital camera and detects the part's edges, and then the mechanical part's geometrical dimension and tolerance will be measured with the scale parameters got through the system calibration. By the analyses of the precision, the feasibility and correction of the system and the method of non-contact measurement was confirmed.
