摘要
研究了多次人工时效对低压铸造A356.2铝合金轮毂力学性能的影响。结果表明,通过多次人工时效使合金的抗拉强度、屈服强度、硬度有所提高;伸长率有所下降;并随着人工时效次数的增多其变化幅度在下降,组织结构趋于稳定;A356.2铝合金晶粒粗大,经T6热处理后对其屈服强度和硬度没有影响,而抗拉强度和伸长率有所下降。研究认为,多次时效能使A356.2铝合金轮毂的强度和硬度提高,而延展性下降,并且使性能更加稳定。A356.2铝合金铸造组织晶粒越粗大,其延展性越差。
Has studied the multi-aging process on a number of low-pressure die-casting of A356 ahuminum alloy wheels mechanical properties affected. The results indicated that the multi-ageing alloy the tensile strength, the yield strength, degree of hardness to improve; the elongation ratio drops;increases the change scope along with the ageing times in the drop, the organizational structure tends to become more stable. A356.2 aluminum alloy grain thickness, after the T6 heat treatment to yield strength and degree of hardness no influence, but the tensile strength and the elongation ratio drop. The research believed that the multi-ageing can cause A356.2 aluminum alloy wheel intensity and hardness enhance, but the ductility drops, and causes the performance to be stabled. In A356.2 aluminum alloy casting process the grain thick its ductility is worse.
