双歧杆菌是人类和动物体内非常重要的益生菌,有关双歧杆菌生理生化特性的研究已比较成熟。随着研究的不断深入,双歧杆菌的分子生物学研究也成为近年来研究的热点。综述了近年来有关双歧杆菌质粒分离、载体构建、基因组测序以及在基因治疗上的应用等研究进展。

Bifidobacterium is very important probiotics in human and animals. The research of bifidobacterium physiological and biochemical characteristics has already been mature. With the constant-depth study, bifidobacterium in molecular biology research in recent years has also become hot. This paper reviews recent relevant bifidobacterium plasmid isolation, vector, genome sequencing and gene therapy in the application of research progress.
