摘要
以人工栽培的鱼腥草鲜品为原料,对其主要有效成分癸酰乙醛的含量采用GC-MS法测定,总黄酮的含量采用分光光度法测定。选用8月采收的鲜叶进行浸提、抑菌实验。浸提液通过乙醇回收,真空浓缩至原料重量。将浓缩液作对大肠杆菌(escheichia coli)和金黄色葡萄球菌(staphy-lococlus aureus)的抑菌试验,抑菌试验结果为:对大肠杆菌的抑菌圈面积为100.20mm2,对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌圈面积为80.60mm2,最低抑菌浓度均为4%。
Based on Houttuynia cordata Thunb artificially cultivated in Guiyang. The content of decanoyl acetaldehyde were measured by GC-MS. And total flavonoid is measured by spectre-photometry. The extract is retrieved through ethylalcohol and concentrated up to the weight of the material through vacuum concentration. The extract is tested in bacteria-suppression experiment to escheichia coil and staphylococlus aureus, and the result shows that the area of suppressing escheichia coil is 100.20 mm^2 and that of suppressing staphylococlus aureus is 80.60 mm^2, the minimal bacteria-suppression density is 4%.
