摘要
采用5种不同提取方法从槐米中提取芦丁,比较得率并以鹅油为底物对提取物抗氧化性能进行研究。实验结果表明:乙醇提取自然沉降法提取芦丁得率较高且相对抗氧化活性较强。
This passage chose five different extraction methods to extract rutin from Flos Sophorae Immaturus and compare their yield rate. Then study the antioxidant properties of the extract as goose oil as substrate. The experimental results show that the yield rate of rutin by the way of natural subsidence following ethanol extraction is higher, and the antioxidant activity of the extract is stronger.
