野艾蒿黄酮对活性氧自由基的清除作用及其脂肪酸成分的GC-MS分析 被引量:10

摘要 测定以热水、80%乙醇等溶剂提取的野艾蒿叶中黄酮类化合物对活性氧自由基的清除能力及以石油醚提取的野艾蒿叶中脂肪酸组成成分。结果表明:80%乙醇对野艾蒿黄酮的提取效果较好,对活性氧自由基的清除能力也较强;在艾蒿叶的脂肪酸成分中(分离到16个峰,鉴定了11种脂肪酸),饱和脂肪酸4种,占13.2%,单不饱和脂肪酸2种,占46.98%,多不饱和脂肪酸5种,占27.04%,是一种富含不饱和脂肪酸的功能性油脂。该分析结果可为综合开发利用野艾蒿资源提供理论依据。 The effects of anti-active oxygen free radicals are measured of flavonoids that is extracted by hot water or 80% alcohol from Artemisia vulgaris L and the fatty acids are analysised by GC-MS of it that is extracted with Petroleum ether. By the results, the product flavonoid contents and extraction rates and antiactive rates by 80% alcohol is better than hot water, additional, 11 fatty acids in Artemisia vulgaris L. leaves oil are identified, which consist of 4 saturated fatty acids(13.12%) and 2 Monounsaturatedfatty acid (46.98%) and 5 Polyunsaturated fatty acid (27.04%). It means the Artemisia vulgads L. leaves oil is a kind of high quality functional oil. The analytic results provide scientific basis for exploitation and utilization of Artemisia vulgaris L.
