摘要
应用水提醇沉以及除蛋白等方法,从北五味子果实中获得多糖;多糖经DEAE-cellu-lose52后得到SCP-BⅠ、SCP-BⅡ、SCP-BⅢ;经SephadexS-300柱层析和紫外吸收光谱分析证明:3种多糖均为均一多糖。
A polysaccharide was obtained from Schisandra chinensis（Turcz.） Baill by method of water extraction and ethanol precipitation and eliminate protein; After DEAE-cellulose 52 SCP-B, SCP-B Ⅱ and SCP-B Ⅲ was obtained; The result indicate that SCP-B Ⅰ, SCP-BⅡ and SCP-B Ⅲ was homogeneous molecular weight assayed by UV scanning pattern and Sephadex S-300 column chromatography.
