摘要
以芦丁标准品为对照,采用分光光度法在510nm处测得水蕹菜中总黄酮的含量为29.739mg/g。测定中,吸收度A与芦丁的质量浓度C在10.0-50.0μg/mL的范围内呈现良好的线性关系,平均回收率为96.955%。操作方法简便易行、结果准确、灵敏度高、重现性好,为水蕹菜药用价值的开发提供了一定的科学依据。
Setting rutin standard as sample, establish method for the determination the total flavonoids content in Ipomoea aquatica. With the spectrophotometry method at 510 nm, we found that the total flavonoids content in Ipomoea aquatica was 29.739 mg/g. The determination showed a good linear relationship to the mass concentration of rutin at the range of 10.0-50.0 μg/mL, and the average recovery was 96.955%. This method is simple, accurate, sensitive, and repeatable. It provides a certain referential gist for the exploitation of the ipomoea aquatica's medical value.
