摘要
为了解兰州市大气污染的情况,选择兰州市的主要绿化树种为研究对象,对叶片中的脯氨酸含量进行了测定,并且运用Statistica6.0软件进行分析。结果表明:同一树种在不同污染区的脯氨酸含量不同,存在极显著性的差异,同一污染区的各种绿化植物的脯氨酸含量也存在显著性的差异。5种绿化树种的抗污染能力为:杨树〉小叶黄杨〉椿树〉国槐〉圆柏,兰州市7个污染区的污染程度为:兰炼厂区〉兰化厂区〉橡胶厂〉西关〉西站〉交大〉兴隆山。研究结果可以为兰州市的大气污染治理提供理论和实践依据。
In order to know the pollution status in the City of Lanzhou, proline contents in the leaves of five major urban afforestation tree species were determined, and the data were analysed by software Statistica 6.0. The results showed that the proline contents of each urban afforestation tree species in different polluted areas varied from each other with remarkable significance, and so did of different species in each polluted area. Tolerance abilities against the pollution for those five species could be ranked in a descending order as: poplar (Populus), small-leaved box (Buxus microphylla), tree of heaven (Ailanthus altissima), Japanese pagodatree (Sorphorajaponica), and Chinese juniper (Sabina chinensis L.). Pollution conditions of the seven tested sites in Lanzhou could be concluded in a descending order as: in the Petrol Refinery, in the Chemical Plant, at the Rubber Factory, Xiguan Station, West Station, Lanzhou Jiaotong University, and Mt. Xinglong. The investigation results could provide as a practical basis for the air pollution control in Lanzhou.
