Yeast Like Fungi Producing Melanin

摘要 黑酵母是可产生黑色素的一类酵母菌总称。它们一般生长缓慢,形态复杂,抗逆性强。本文综述了黑酵母分类鉴定、生态学、抗逆性、致病性和黑色素应用等方面的研究进展。Hortaea werneckii已成为研究盐胁迫响应蛋白及固醇合成的新的模式生物,Aureobasidium pullulans也有望成为研究发育调控的模式种类。 Black yeasts are a group of polymorphic yeast like fungi which produce melanin.They always grow slowly and have high stress resistance ability.The taxonomy,ecology,stress resistance,pathogenicity,and melanin of black yeasts are reviewed in this paper.Hortaea werneckii is an interesting novel model organism for studies on salt stress-responsive proteins as well as on sterol biosynthesis in eukaryotes.Aureobasidium pullulans is also like a model organism for studies on the regulation of polymorphic cell development.
