摘要
目的对乌苏里藜芦Veratrum nigrum var.ussuriense地上部分的化学成分进行研究。方法通过溶剂分配和反复硅胶柱色谱进行化合物的分离、纯化,并利用质谱和核磁共振(包括1D和2D)等波谱技术鉴定化合物的结构。结果分离鉴定了4个化合物,分别鉴定为6-羟基-7-甲氧基-2-(3′-羟基-2′,5′-二甲氧基苯基)苯骈呋喃(Ⅰ)、白藜芦醇(Ⅱ)、3,5,2′,4′-四羟基茋(Ⅲ)、β-谷甾醇(Ⅳ)。结论化合物Ⅰ为新化合物,命名为藜芦呋喃素;化合物Ⅱ~Ⅳ为首次从该植物的地上部分中分离得到。
Objective To investigate the chemical constituents from the aerial parts of Veratrum nigrum var. ussuriense. Methods The isolation and purification of the compounds were done with solvent partition and repeated column chromatography over sillica gel, and their structures were elucidated by means of MS and NMR (including 1D and 2D) analyses. Results Four compounds were obtained and characterized, including a new compound 2-( 2', 5'-dimethoxy-3'-hydroxyphenyl )-6-hydroxy-7- methoxybenzofuran ( Ⅰ ), together with three known compounds resveratrol ( H ), 3, 5, 21, 41- tetrahydroxystilbene (Ⅱ), and β-sitosterol (Ⅳ). Conclusion Compound Ⅰ is found to be a new compound and named as verafuranin, whilst Ⅱ ,Ⅲ , and Ⅳ are isolated from the aerial parts of this plant for the first time.
