Study on Optimizing Retail Networks of Shanghai Sports Lottery

采用调查研究、文献资料调研、数理统计等研究方法,对上海市体育彩票销售网络规划与布局的现状进行调查与分析。上海市体育彩票网点数的变化主要受人口和交通因素的影响;目前网点数已基本能满足市场的需求,不需要再增设新的网点;销售点应主要分布在商业购物区、休闲娱乐区等人口密集、交通便利的地点。建议上海市体育彩票管理中心定期对上海市体育彩票市场的彩票销售网络进行科学、合理的规划与布局,从而达到各项资源的最优配置。

Through using the method of literature review, investigation and mathematical statistics, this paper made deeply investigation and analysis on developing condition of retail networks of Shanghai sports lottery. Based on it, the author put forwarded that the number of terminals are mainly affected by demographic and traffic factors, the number of current terminals is consistent with marketable need, the more thriving locations the lottery terminals choose and the more people the nearby entertainment places attract, the better the marketing performance will be. According to the research results above, several suggestions are put forward. The government should make the appropriate layout for sports lottery terminals to optimize all kinds of resources.
