在改革开放的进程中,佛山市的各类民间组织得到了迅猛发展。这些民间组织在有效整合社区资源,用多种志愿形式推动和促进公益慈善事业;在承接政府转移职能,弥补政府和市场的缺陷,提供"补缺"服务,满足社会需求等方面,发挥积极的作用,并起到了构建和谐佛山的润滑剂和推进器的作用。但民间组织在人们的认知上,在规范管理和自身建设方面,在发展的平衡上,都还有待于进一步的努力。

In the process of reforming and opening, Foshan＇ s different kinds of non-governmental organizations have developed fast. They have played a positive role in optimizing community resources effectively, promoting the public utilities and charities, undertaking the transformation of governmental functions, making up the defects of government and market, and meeting the social demand.
