摘要
高新技术企业动态核心能力的形成模型中,学习、柔性资源、创新和管理四大要素各自具有不同的作用机理。从要素动态过程管理和能力动态转化角度深入研究高新技术企业动态核心能力的更新机制,从而构筑高新技术企业在动态不确定环境下实现可持续发展的机制平台。
In the model of formation of high-tech enterprises＇ dynamic key power, learning, soft resources, innovation and management have different working-mechanisms. From the dynamic management and power dynamic transformation, this paper discusses the updating mechanism of hightech enterprises＇ dynamic key power in order to set up the working platform of sustained development in dynamic and indeterminate circumstances.
