摘要
目的:研究氟喹诺酮类药物抗分枝杆菌的作用。方法:采用含药改良罗氏斜面和Middlebrook7H9Broth液体培养基分别测定9种氟喹诺酮类药物对23种分枝杆菌(包括结核、牛分枝杆菌和21种非结核分枝杆菌)的试管内最低抑菌浓度。结果:9种氟喹诺酮类药物对23种分枝杆菌显示不同的试管内抗菌作用谱。结论:氟喹诺酮类药物是临床非结核分枝杆菌病治疗可选择的药物。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of nine fluoroquinolones against mycobacteria. Methods The in vitro minimal inhibitory concentrations (MICs) of nine fluoroquinolones against twenty-three mycobacteria species (M. tuberculosis, M. boris, and 21 nontuberculous mycobacteria) were determined separately by using Lowenstein-Jensen slant media and Middlebrook 7H9 Broth containing each of the drugs. Results The nine fluoroquinolones showed different in vitro antibacterial spectra for 23 mycobacteria species. Conclusions Fluoroquinolones can be the drug of choice for nontubereulous mycobaeterial diseases.
