摘要 痴呆(dementia)是一种获得性进行性认知功能障碍综合征,表现为多种大脑高级功能紊乱,包括记忆、思维、定向、理解、计算、学习能力、语言和判断功能的障碍,常伴行为和情感异常,患者日常生活、社交和工作能力明显减退。
