综述了近十年来炼油厂给排水工程的设计概况。论述了逆流式冷却塔、污水处理、给水处理以及建筑给排水及消防的技术发展和新技术的开发及应用；并提出看法和建议。
The article summarizes the general situation in the design on water supply and sewerage engineering for refinery in the past ten years. It discusses the technical development, exploitation and application of new technology in counterflow cooling tower, water treatment, wastewater treatment, building water supply and sewerage and fire-fighting, view points and suggestions were made.
