摘要
从全球范围看,服务业正在从低级形态向高级形态不断发展,发展的目标是迈向建设信息化、创意化和高附加值的现代服务业。这一趋势为中国文化产业的发展提供了重要机遇。中国要发挥中心城市在建设文化服务产业的重要作用,采用吸引多元投资、扶持服务类企业、鼓励文化服务贸易等举措,建设国际化、大规模的现代文化服务产业。
From a global perspective, the service industry is developing from lower scale industry into higher scale one, aiming at building a modem service industry characteristic of information, innovation and high- value addition. This trend also has provided China with good opportunities. To construct a large- scale and international market - oriented modem cultural service industry, China needs to make the best use of central cities to attract both domestic and foreign investment, to support businesses in the service industry and to encourage trade of cultural services.
