摘要
目的探讨自制式二步式病例教学法在医学影像诊断学教学中的意义。方法观察组应用自制式二步式病例教学法进行教学,对照组则按传统的教学方法进行;对两组学生医学影像诊断学成绩及其他临床主要课目成绩进行评定比较。结果观察组医学影像诊断学考试成绩高于对照组,有显著性差异;其他临床主要课目的考试成绩均高于对照组。结论二步式病例教学法在医学教学中的应用是医学教育事业发展的需要,是提高医学教学质量的需要。
Objeetive To discuss the meaning of the method of two-step pattern case teaching in image diagnostics. Methods The experiment group was taught by the two-step pattern ease teaching, while the control group by the traditional method. Results The experiment group's image diagnostics exam average score is higher than the control group's, and the average scores of other major clinical courses are all higher. Conclusion The applications of the two-step pattern case teaching in medicine teaching is the need of developing the medical education business and improving the medical teaching quality.
