摘要
进修医生的培养是教学医院临床教学的重要组成部分,通过岗前培训、床边教学和术中教学、规范化的专题讲座及病例讨论、组织参加院内外各种学术活动等,以提高进修医生的临床及科研能力,为基层医院培养高素质医疗人才。
Training of Doctor receiving in-service training is the important part of clinical education in teaching hospital. It will improve the clinical and scientific research ability of the doctor receiving in-service training and wilt train high-quality medical persons for primary hospital by training before going to post, clinical teaching, surgical operation teaching, standardized special lecture, case report and various kinds of science activities.
