临床技能教学是基础医学向临床实践过渡的重要教学阶段,也是培养医学生临床技能的重要环节。针对血液专业的特点,培养实习生的临床思维、医患沟通能力和临床操作技能,可以收到良好的教学效果。

Teaching of clinical skills is an important bridging phase from preelinical medicine to clinical practice. It is also an important element of medical students＇clinical skills training. According to the character of internal medical hematology, we should enhance the training of their clinical thinking ability, medical communication competence, and clinical operating ability to get satisfactory teaching effect.
