摘要 研究了火炮身管外表面的一种失效形式——压坑对身管寿命的影响。探索出一种估算压坑中最大应力强度的方法:定义了压坑应力集中系数,通过MSC.PATRAN建立了压坑模型,利用MSC.NASTRAN及一元线形回归分析了身管外表面压坑的应力分布,实现了多种形状参数的无量纲化,并通过三元线性回归拟合了计算公式,修正了已有标准的欠缺。 The pit is one of the gun tube external defects, and the effect of the pit upon the gun tube life was discussed. The stress concentration factor of the gun tube pit was defined. The FEM models of the pits were built by MSC.PATRAN. The three-dimensional FEM software MSC.NASTRAN and one-dimensional linear regression were used to calculate the stress distribution of the pits, and dimensionless parameters were achieved. Finally the three-dimensional linear regression was used to fit the formula for calculating the maximum stress intensity in the pits of the gun tube.
