摘要
从数控加工的G代码中得到启发,设计并实现了一种虚拟仿真的V代码,对V代码进行了定义,开发了V代码的生成工具,分析了基于V代码的装备仿真流程,以太阳电池PECVD装备为应用实例,进行了基于V代码的虚拟仿真验证,结果表明基于V代码的虚拟装备仿真实用准确,仿真效果良好。使用V代码可以方便地编辑装备仿真中的运动方案,灵活地控制仿真过程的进行;仿真程序中预编译的V代码模块,可以增强仿真程序的结构性,提高程序的执行效率。
From the enlightenment of G-code in numerical control, a kind of Virtual code (V-code) of virtual simulation was designed and realized. The V-code was defined with the development kits, such as Open Inventor and Visual C++. The tools were developed to generate V-code, and the process of virtual equipment simulation was illustrated with the V-code. An applied case was proposed by taking solar cells equipment PECVD as an example to validate the virtual simulation, and this concludes that the virtual simulation based on V-code is perfect and the effect of simulation has been validated. With the V-code, the simulation motion scenario can be mapped out easily and the simulation process can be controlled flexibly. Pre-compiled V-code module can enhance the structure of simulation program and improve the efficiency of program.
