摘要
对应急医用物资的"最后一公里"的配送问题进行了定量的研究。由于紧急情况发生时,费用问题已经不是很重要,时间才是进行路径设计时首先要考虑的事,因此根据"时间第一、兼顾其他"的原则,同时考虑紧急事件发生地的路况对路径选择的影响,引入了一个基于时间和费用的多目标优化的模型。
The paper discusses how to design a routing of emergency medical supplies distribution quantitatively. Considering the rule of ＇Time is the first, others after＇ and the influence of the road situation in routing selection when the emergency appears, the paper introduces a time and fee-based multi-purpose mathematical model.
