摘要
对秤锤树(Sinojackia xylocarpa Hu)种子的种皮和种仁(含胚和胚乳)进行水浸提和甲醇浸提,分别测定了浸提液对白菜种子萌发的抑制效应,探讨了秤锤树种子中萌发抑制物质存在类型和存在部位。结果表明:秤锤树种子种皮和种仁的水浸提液对白菜种子发芽率和幼苗的高生长、根生长均无显著抑制作用(P>0.05),而其甲醇浸提液对白菜种子发芽率和幼苗的高生长、根生长有显著或极显著抑制作用(P<0.05或P<0.01),且随浸提液质量分数的增大,抑制作用逐渐增强;且种仁甲醇浸提液对白菜种子发芽和生长的抑制效应极显著(P<0.01)大于种皮甲醇浸提液。表明秤锤树种子的种皮和种仁均含有抑制种子萌发和幼苗生长的酯溶性物质,且该类物质主要贮藏在种仁中。
Method of water and methanol extraction from the seed capsule and kernel (embryo + endosperm) in Sinojackia xylocarpa seed (drupe) were used to measure the germination inhibitors with the inhibiting effect on the seed of Chinese cabbage (Brassica rapa sp). The results shown that there was not significant inhibiting effect (P 〉 0. 05 ) on the germination, growth of the tall and the root under the treatment of the water extract, while there was a significant inhibiting effect ( P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0. 01 ) under the treatment of the methanol extract from the seed capsule and kernel in Sinojackia xylocarpa seed. And the inhibiting effect enhanced with the increase of concentration of the methanol extract. Moreover, the effect of the methanol extract in kernel was significantly stronger( P 〈 0. 01 )than that in capsule. It indicated that there might be some ester-soluble substance which inhibits the seed germination and seedling growth in the seed capsule and kernel of Sirtojackia xylocarpa seed, and the kind of germination inhibitors mainly is in the kernel (embryo + endosperm).
