摘要
从外植体、基本培养基、外源激素以及其他不同理化因子对木本植物诱导不定芽的影响等方面,综述了木本植物不同外植体直接诱导不定芽以及间接诱导不定芽离体培养的研究进展,并提出了对研究趋势的设想。
In order to explore and improve an efficient method for the breeding of woody plants （ renewable natural resources） , effects of explants, basic medium, exogenous hormones, other different physiochemical factors on both the induction of adventitious bud by direct and indirect way in woody plants were reviewed in this paper. Some prospects of studies related were also discussed. We provided the basis information for the improvement breeding efficiency of woody plants by biotechnology.
