摘要
针对ISP型薄板坯连铸结晶器,利用数值模拟的方法,计算结晶器内流体的三维流场和温度场,比较和分析水口结构形状、插入深度及拉坯速度对结晶器内流场和温度场的影响,为薄板坯连铸结晶器以及相适应的伸入式水口结构形状选型提供参考。
In view of ISP thin slab continuous casting mold,the authors compared and analyzed the influences of the configruation of nozzle,its immersed depth and the casting speed on the flow field and temperature field in the mold,which has been done through calculating the tri-dimentional flow field and temperature field of the steel flow in the mold by means of digital simulation method.The results can be referenced in selecting configurations of the thin slab continuous casting mold and subemerged nozzle.
