连续电弧竖炉是一种连续操作的设备，具有较高的熔化能力，生产率达到氧气转炉水平；能耗较低，并且废气排放物较少。基于这一新技术提出了一些新的见解。
The contiarc is a continuously operating unit with higher melting capacities as in BOF steelworks, less energy losses (around 200kWh/t) and lower waste gas emission. On the basis of this new technology, some new opinions have been put forward.
