高绩效工作实践及系统研究述评 被引量:9

摘要 高绩效工作实践及系统是战略人力资源管理研究的核心。本文在系统整理国内外高绩效工作实践和系统有关研究的基础上,对当前研究进展进行了评价,并提出了若干研究展望。
