摘要
大学生的学习质量是构成大学教育质量的核心要素,也是评价大学教育质量的根本标准。只有把大学生的学习权利和学习责任结合起来,他们才能取得最大的学习成就。因此,大学生学习质量保障的关键是让学生成为承担责任和享有权利的学习主体。在分析我国大学生权利和责任的制度性缺陷对其学习质量的影响之后,提出了通过提升大学生权利和责任的制度化水平以保障他们的学习质量的主张。
The undergraduates'learning quality is the core of higher education quality. Therefore, it is regarded as a mirror reflecting the quality of whole higher education. Universities in which students can assume responsibilities and be guaranteed their learning rights will surely achieve the learning goal to the maximum. After analyzing the defects in assuring undergraduates'rights and responsibilities which have effected students" learning quality, The author suggests that the key to achieve learning quality assurance is to give students rights and responsibilities.
