摘要
为合理利用盐矿企业的废弃物,研制了一种利用盐矿企业废弃物生产防水材料的配方。该配方由CM201弹性防水丙烯酸乳液、氟树脂、TC-WT钛酸酯偶联剂、经预处理的废弃物等组成。实验结果表明,该防水材料的拉伸强度为1.98MPa;不透水性为0.3MPa,30min;黏结性≥0.2MPa。
For a rational utilization of mining waste in salt mines, a new formula of waterproof material using the waste of the salt mines is developed. The optimal formula for the waterproof material involves CM201 elastic waterproof acrylic emulsion, fluororesin, TC-WT phthalates coupling agent and processed waste of salt mine. The results show that the tensile strength of the waterproof material is 1.98 MPa; the impermeability of the waterproof material is 0.3 MPa; the cohesiveness of the waterproof material 1〉0.3 MPa.
