摘要
技术就绪水平是美、英军方在项目采办过程中广泛应用的技术成熟度评估方法,对改进项目管理和减少项目延迟起到了重要作用。本文介绍了美军方的技术就绪水平定义、对应的研发阶段,进而针对电子对抗装备的研发过程,提出了电子对抗装备的9级技术就绪水平定义,并讨论有关的应用问题。
As a widely-used technology maturity evaluation method in the American and British military project acquirement, Technology Readiness Level （TRL） plays an important role in the project management improvement and delay reduction. In this paper, the definition of the TRL used in the US military and the corresponding development phases are introduced, and then, for the development process of electronic warfare equipment, the definition of nine-level TRL of EW equipment is proposed, and some related application issues are discussed.
