A Risks Allocation Model of Project with Analytic Hierarchy Process

摘要 在分析和提出项目风险分担指标体系的基础上,构建了基于层次分析法的项目风险分担评价模型,并结合实际案例分析进行验证。结果标明:采用层次分析法对于项目风险分担评价是可行的。 Based on the analysis of risk allocation factors, in this paper, the method of Analytic Hierarchy Process to build the risk allocation model of project were presented and validated by application example. As a result, it is feasible that the risk allocation model of project was evaluated by AHP.
