A New Algorithm of Dealing with the Short-term and Disconnection in Fingerprint Identification

摘要 指纹图像因设备输入,图像增强不恰当处理等原因造成的纹线断裂,从而会产生伪特征点,对指纹识别率产生影响。文章主要研究了基于细节点的脊线跟踪技术在细化二值指纹图像后处理中的应用,设计了一种双向搜索算法来处理短线和断线,实验表明该算法能在很大程度上避免短线的误删和断线的误连。 Fingerprint image will have pseudo-feature points and have an impact on fingerprint recognition tat, because equipment and image enhancement processing causes the fault Ridge. In this paper, we mainly research on the ridge line tracking technology which base on the details of points is used in the refinement of the fingerprint image, and design a two-way search algorithm to deal with short-term and disconnected, the experiments show that the algorithm can largely avoid mistakenly cutting Short-term and breaking even in error.
