摘要 预处理是离线文字图像鉴别的第一步,在这篇文章里,提出了一套完整的离线文字图像预处理算法,包括去除图像的背景、噪声,以及图像的二值化和归一化处理等,特别是对大小归一化算法进行了深入研究。最后通过VC++6.0和MATLAB对预处理算法的各部分进行了实验,根据实验结果,这套算法有效可行,为离线文字图像的纹理特征提取打下了可靠的基础。 Pre-processing is the first step of off-line character image identification. In this paper, a series of complete pre-processing algorithm is proposed for off-line character image, includes removing the background and noise of image, and the processing of image binarization and normalization, especially pays more attention to the size normalization. At last, this paper will experiment to the part of the pre-processing algorithm by VC-H- 6.0 and MATLAB. According to the experimental results, the algorithm is efficient and available and build the dependable foundation for texture extraction of off-line character image.
