摘要
豌豆潜蝇姬小蜂产卵器感器的扫描电镜观察结果显示,共发现B(?)hm氏鬃毛、锥形感器、毛形感器、火山形感器、栓锥感器、腔锥感器、钟形感器、短锥感器及表皮刺9种感器。分别对这9种感器的形态特征及功能进行了详细描述,并根据感器功能对相应的潜蝇姬小蜂生物学特性作了深入的分析和讨论,进而为研制豌豆潜蝇姬小蜂的人工寄主提供理论依据。
The sensory receptors of the ovipositor of Diglyphus isaea (Walker) were studied with scanning electron microscopy to identify their sensillum structure and their possible functions in the host selection process, which are essential for the development of an artificial host for in vitro rearing of the parasitoid. Nine distinct types of sensory receptors were present on the ovipositor, including BShm' s bristles, basiconic sensillum, trichoid sensillum, volcanic sensillum, styloconic sensillum, coeloconic sensillum, campaniform sensillum, short basiconic sensillum and cuticular spines. Functions of these sensilla were analyzed and discussed in detail.
