人体原位肝移植围手术期中西医结合治疗的体会

Postoperative Treatment of Humen Orthotopie Liver Transpiantation with the Method of Integrated Traditional and Western Medicine

本文介绍目前国内人体原位肝移植术后生存时间最长（１１５５天）病例围手术期中西医结合治疗的体会，在明确移植肝无原发无功能和急性排斥反应的前提下，术后早期治疗突出了中药二香白玉汤舒肝利胆和神农３３号活血化瘀、菌毒并治的作用，结果使胆汁分泌量至术后十天已达３００ｍｌ以上，并在未使用抗凝药物情况下，成功地预防了重建血管的血栓形成，本文还讨论了肝移植的适应症，认为结合我国国情，肝炎后肝硬化仍可视为较好的适应症。

In this article a case with orthotopic liver transplantation was reported.Up till now the patient lives 1155 days and becomes the longest person after liver traditional and western medicine were applied to treatment of early stage postoperative.The action of dispersing heat of the liver and gallbladder and regulationg their vital energy and of blood-activating stasis-dispersing played a very important role in the integrated method.so that the obvious Volume of bile increased 300ml on the 10th day postoperative and no thrombosis formed in hepaticartery or portal vein.The indication of liver transplantation was also discussed,the posthepatitic cirrthosis of liver is a godd indication for live transplantation in CHINA.
