新型微机式母线保护装置通信管理系统的设计

Development of correspondence management systems for new type microcomputer-based busbar protection devices

摘要 基于PowerPC和Nucleus PLUS平台,设计了WMH-500微机式母线保护装置通信管理系统,主要包括存储模块、时钟模块、通信接口模块、人机接口模块,并通过液晶终端和打印机来实现数据交互和监测。系统应用行业标准IEC 60870-5-103,通过RS485或以太网接口与外部进行通信,可较好地适应厂、站自动化系统的要求。实验运行结果说明所研制的系统具有工作稳定可靠、便于操作、易于扩展和良好的实时性等特点,从而提高了母线保护装置的整体性能。 Based on PowerPC and Nucleus PLUS, the correspondence management system for WMH-500 microcomputer-based busbar protection device was designed, which consists of the storage module, the clock module, the communication module, and the interface module and realizes data interaction and monitoring through the liquid crystal display terminal and the printer. Based on IEC 60870-5-103, the system communicates with the outside through RS485 or the ethernet and can meet relevant requirement of the automation systems of plants and stations. Tests and practice show that the system can improve the overall performance of the busbar protection device due to its advantages of being stable, reliable, easy to operate, extendable, and of good real-time performance.
