摘要
简要介绍了LCC的基本理论与实践,分析了电网企业成本管理的现状,着重阐述了基于LCC的电网企业检修成本制定方法及流程,并就相关的实施关键提出了建议。
The fundamental theory as well as practice of Life Cycle Cost （LCC） is presented, and the status quo of cost management of grid companies is analyzed. The method and procedure of maintenance cost calculations based on LCC for grid companies are illuminated, and suggestions on key points of implementation are proposed.
