摘要
针对飞机结构碳纤维增强环氧树脂基复合材料,在实验室条件下采用"氙灯光照-加湿"循环试验模拟服役的自然环境,考察了温度、湿度和紫外线辐射等三个因素对材料表面状态和力学性能独立及协同影响,分析了微观和宏观变化之间的内在联系。通过力学性能试验,得到层间剪切强度和横向拉伸强度随腐蚀时间的变化规律。
According to carbon fiber epoxy composite materials, and "xenon lamp exposure-humidify" cyclic test under laboratory condition were adopted to simulate the nature environment, the effect of temperature and humidness and ultraviolet exposure on the composite material surface morphology and mechanic performance was investigated, the inherent relation between macro and micro variation was analyzed. By test, the relationship between the shear and tension strength with corrosion time was obtained.
