我国食品安全问题的产业根源 被引量:4

摘要 随着工业化推进、食品工艺和技术的提升,食物生产与供应链越来越难控制,由食品引发的疾病的波及面也不断扩大。据世界卫生组织估计,全球每年发生食源性疾病约十亿人次,食品安全问题正演变成人类面临的最重大的健康问题。在2007年国际食品安全高层论坛上,联合国粮农组织总干事代表恩多亦表示,发展中国家的食品安全问题任重道远。我国作为最大的发展中国家,也正面临着食品安全问题的严峻考验。
