摘要
城市空间隔离的实质是社会阶层分化在居住空间上的反映。从根本上讲,市场经济的强势"嵌入"是阶层型社区产生和居住隔离复苏的根源;住房政策和制度催生了城市社区的阶层化发展;城市土地供应制度的转变对居住隔离产生助推作用;城市社会空间的隔离也是人们自我选择的结果。
The essence of the isolation of the urban space reflects the social class differentiation in the living space. Fundamentally speaking, the source of recovery of the class-based communities and spatial segregation is the results of the strength of market economy ; housing policy and system hastened the birth of the class of urban community development; urban land supply system＇s changing have propelled the isolation of living; Urban social isolation is also roomed in the self-selection of people.
