介绍了国际标准ISO/DIS6507-1:2005中对金属维氏硬度试验测量不确定度的评定过程,并对评定方法进行讨论及分析。
Evaluation procedures of uncertainty in measuring the metallic materials-Vickers hardness adopted in ISO/DIS6507 - 1：2005 are introduced. And further comparison and analysis of evaluation methods are made.
