籼稻1701转Pi9基因株系的遗传分析及抗瘟性鉴定 被引量:7

摘要 利用农杆菌介导法将广谱抗稻瘟病基因Pi9导入籼稻品种1701中,得到了大量的T1代和T2代转基因植株.对T2代植株进行遗传分析和稻瘟病抗性鉴定,结果表明,外源基因Pi9已转入到受体基因组中,并在T2代植株中得到表达. The broad-spectrum blast resistance gene Pi9 was introduced into indica cultivar 1701 via the Agrobacterium-mediated method, and a lot of T1 and T2 transgenic plants were acquired. It showed that the broad-spectrum blast resistance gene Pi9 was introduced into rice genome and normally expressed in T2 plants by inheritance analysis and identification of rice blast resistance.
