我国钢铁工业基于“五力”模型分析的绿色发展 被引量:1

摘要 运用迈克尔·波特的"五力"模型,重点剖析了我国钢铁工业的行业竞争力量,即上游供应商和下游用户的讨价还价能力、现有竞争者的竞争能力以及新加入者的威胁。其中铁矿石等上游供应商逐渐增强的讨价还价能力、现有企业之间同质化竞争以及外资钢铁企业的强势加入构成目前我国钢铁业的主要竞争力量。提出了我国钢铁工业绿色发展的思路,从调整优化产业结构、淘汰落后,发展循环经济、建设绿色钢铁工业,转变经济发展模式、发展非钢产业等方面提出了了我国钢铁工业绿色发展的途径。 Using the "Five Forces" model of Michel Porter, competitive forces of China' s iron and steel industry are discussed on emphasis, namely the bargaining force of up-stream suppliers and down-stream consumers, the competitiveness force and threat of new comers. Thereinto, the further increasing bargaining force of up-stream suppliers like iron ore suppliers, the rivalry at the basis of same character among present enterprises and the foreign steel enterprises' entering in great force compose of the main rivalry force in China steel industry at present. The author put forward the ideas of steel industry' s green development. From the aspects of adjusting and optimizing industrial structure, eliminate backward capabilities, developing circular economy, constructing green steel industry, transforming the pattern of economy development and developing non-steel industry, the author proposed the paths to the green development of China steel industry.
